Meet at the park and ride in Benton City near I-82 at 10 a.m. to carpool up the hill. There are plants here that are not found elsewhere in the Tri-Cities area. Proceed down the hill and those who choose can proceed to Horn Rapids Park to for look at some of our sand dwellers like prairie clover, Columbia cutleaf and purple sage.
