Snow delayed the onset of flowers, but NOW the little gold stars are raising their sleepy heads from their beds of emerald star moss among the rocks and lichens and the prairie stars waving their little white flags, surrendering to the spring. This is what we hope to see at “The Wall” and “Two Sisters,” our first wildflower walk of the year. It’s a short hike and well worth the effort.
